What Does a Focused Review Cover?
One agreed customer journey, such as finding a service and sending an inquiry. We define the question and relevant pages and functionality before work starts. For a wider assessment, we can agree on a broader audit.
What Happens After the Review?
You receive a written report with supporting examples and prioritized recommendations. If you want help implementing them, we quote that work separately. You can also use the findings with another developer.
Can You Work on a Website You Didn’t Build?
Yes. Share the website and tell us what you want to improve. We establish what needs to be understood before recommending the work. A clearly defined fix can be scoped directly.
Do We Need a Retainer?
No. Reviews, website builds, and scoped improvements can be separate engagements. A development retainer is an option when you need regular help, and includes managed hosting and upkeep.
Can We Update the Website Ourselves?
Yes. We set up WordPress editing around the content you need to maintain, so you can update pages without changing the underlying layout or code.
What Happens to Our Live Site During a Rebuild?
We build and review the replacement separately from your live website, then agree on the launch plan with you.
